‘Israel’ shells Syria’s countryside, following rocket launch


Three rockets fell in the Israeli-occupied Syrian Golan on Tuesday night.

Israeli artillery shells targeted al-Yarmouk Valley in the western countryside of Daraa, Al Mayadeen‘s correspondent in Syria reported on Tuesday night.

Israeli media had earlier reported on a rocket launch executed from Syrian territories, targeting the Israeli-occupied Syrian Golan.

Three rockets reportedly fell in uninhabited areas in the southern Golan Heights.

Earlier on Monday, Israeli occupation fighter jets launched airstrikes against the Syrian capital of Damascus from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, military sources revealed.

The source stated that the Israeli aggression targeted several points south of Damascus, at around 1:00 pm, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of a number of individuals and injuries to civilians, in addition to material losses.
