Hamas stated in a message to the upcoming Arab Summit:

We are ready to cooperate with any initiative to counter attempts to displace our people from Gaza and rebuild without compromising Palestinian rights.

We are keen to complete the stages of the ceasefire agreement, leading to a comprehensive and permanent ceasefire, Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, reconstruction, and lifting the siege.

We affirm our steadfast position that the day after the war must be purely Palestinian, based on national consensus and Arab support.

We categorically reject attempts to impose any non-Palestinian projects or administrative forms or the presence of foreign forces on Gaza’s land.

AL-JAZEERA: Sources told Al-Jazeera that Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus in the West Bank.

YEDIOTH AHRONOTH: The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported, citing intelligence information, that Hamas realized it was 85% ready for the October 7 attack by the end of 2022.

TULKARM CAMP MEDIA COMMITTEE:

The occupation’s aggression on Tulkarm resulted in the martyrdom of 13 people and the injury and arrest of dozens.

The aggression caused massive destruction to homes and infrastructure.

11,000 displaced people were forced to flee their homes in Tulkarm camp, and 5,000 from Nur Shams camp.

The occupation is destroying and burning homes in Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps to create roads and alter their features.

BLOOMBERG: Bloomberg reported, citing Benjamin Netanyahu’s spokesperson, that the Prime Minister, who is prepared to resume fighting, held consultations with defense chiefs.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Israeli occupation drones are flying over the western area of Nuseirat camp in central Gaza.

The footage confirms the bullet that killed Ayman came from the direction of Israeli soldiers.

Human rights workers fear rising casualties as the Israeli army transfers Gaza tactics to the West Bank.

The goal of eliminating Hamas conflicts with the goal of returning captives.

AL-JAZEERA:  The 29th batch of Gaza patients and wounded left the Strip via the Rafah crossing. This batch includes 33 wounded and patients accompanied by 55 family members.

WFP: The World Food Programme stated that the ceasefire in Gaza must continue, and there is no room for going backward.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Palestinian sources reported intense and continuous gunfire from Israeli occupation vehicles since dawn in southern Rafah.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli media quoted an Israeli official stating that the option of returning to war is not a step for negotiation.
