We speak with Hoan Huynh, an Illinois state representative, who was confronted by federal agents as he was filming them after getting alerted to their presence in his district by a rapid response network. The “officers came to the passenger window of the car that I was in and pointed a gun to my head,” he says, calling the actions of federal agents in Chicago “unconstitutional.”
