A Palestinian citizen succumbed to wounds sustained in a recent Israeli strike in the Gaza Strip, while the Israeli occupation army continued to launch attacks in separate areas on Wednesday.
A local source reported that Mohamed Abu Mohsen died of severe injuries sustained in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, two days ago.
Last Sunday, Israeli warplanes struck two civilian gatherings in the Mawasi area of Yunis, killing eight Palestinians and wounding four others.
Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire early Wednesday south of Khan Yunis, while Israeli artillery shelled Gaza City’s al-Tuffah neighborhood.
