One Palestinian was injured and several others were arrested during a series of military raids carried out by Israeli forces on Friday across different areas of the West Bank.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces arrested two brothers during a raid on the village of Nabi Ilyas, east of Qalqilya. They also detained a young man from the village of Imatin after storming and searching their homes.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces raided the town of Al-Ramadin. They opened fire on residents, injuring a 20-year-old man in the chest with live ammunition, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.
The raids also targeted Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in Jericho and the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas.
In the same context, Israeli forces stormed homes during incursions into the village of Surra, west of Nablus, and Nabi Ilyas, east of Qalqilya, ransacking properties and causing damage to Palestinian belongings.
The incursions are part of a daily policy carried out by Israeli occupation authorities in the West Bank, within a broader pattern of escalating violations and crimes against Palestinians.
