Jewish settlers attack Palestinians in W. Bank

Extremist settler groups stormed different areas of the occupied West Bank, targeting Palestinian residents and property, according to media sources on Tuesday morning.

In the eastern areas of Jerusalem, settlers chased shepherds and harassed them in an attempt to prevent them from grazing their sheep.

In southern al-Khalil, settlers stormed the Palestinian hamlet of Khirbet al-Kharaba near the town of al-Samu, with no reported assaults.

In the central West Bank, settlers attacked the home of a Palestinian citizen in the village of Deir Jarir and placed an Israeli flag on its roof.

In Nablus, settlers attacked a child in the village of Jalud, beating him and spraying him with pepper spray. They also opened fire at young men during clashes with them out in the area between the towns of Jalud and Qusra, southeast of the city.

In western Ramallah, settlers closed a road barrier in the Beit Liqya area, while others stormed farmers’ lands south of al-Mughayir village, northeast of the province.
