Two Palestinian civilians were martyred in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip on Saturday evening, amid ongoing ceasefire violations.
A medical source told Anadolu Agency that 26‑year‑old Mohamed Sbeitan was killed after being targeted by an Israeli drone near the bombed al‑Qastal apartment buildings, east of Deir al‑Balah in central Gaza.
Eyewitnesses said the drone dropped a bomb that left him critically wounded. He was transferred to Deir al‑Balah Hospital, where he later died.
In a separate incident, the same medical source said that Ammar Talal Abu Shab was shot dead by Israeli forces in the al‑Satr ash‑Sharqi area of northern Khan Yunis, south of Gaza.
These Israeli attacks occurred in areas outside the Israeli occupation army’s designated deployment zones under the ceasefire agreement.
