Three Palestinian citizens were martyred on Wednesday in the Gaza Strip following earlier Israeli attacks, amid ongoing ceasefire violations.
According to media sources, a young man identified as Mohamed al-Attar succumbed to injuries he sustained two days ago in an Israeli strike on Gaza City.
Another citizen, Khaled Jawda, also succumbed to injuries from a previous Israeli strike in northern Gaza.
Moreover, policeman Mohamed al-Khatib was pronounced dead after suffering serious injuries a few days ago when an Israeli drone bombed a police unit in Gaza City’s an-Nasser neighborhood.
In southern Gaza, two citizens were reportedly injured by Israeli gunfire in the central district of Khan Yunis.
Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire east of Khan Yunis, amid artillery shelling.
Israeli forces also shelled areas northeast of al-Bureij refugee camp and demolished several homes and buildings east of Gaza City.
