Gaza’s Ministry of Health said on Monday that three people were killed and 16 others injured over the past 24 hours in fresh Israeli ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip.
In its daily statistical report, the ministry said the total number of people killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 10 has risen to 854, while the number of injured people has reached 2,453. The total number of bodies recovered from the rubble stands at 770.
According to the report, the cumulative toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,740 killed and 172,555 injured.
The ministry added that many victims remain trapped under the rubble and on roadsides, as ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them.
