A Palestinian child was shot dead on Wednesday by Israeli occupation forces near the town of Jiljilya, north of Ramallah, during widespread settler assaults.
The Ministry of Health confirmed the killing of Yousef Ali Kaabneh, 16, by Israeli gunfire near Jiljilya.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported treating four injuries, including a boy shot in the chest during a settler attack north of Ramallah. The boy later succumbed to his wounds.
Armed settler militias launched attacks on the town of Sinjil and the village of Jiljilya, assaulting shepherds and stealing hundreds of sheep. Local sources said settlers stormed a home and stole around 700 sheep during the raid on Sinjil.
Residents confronted the attackers, sparking clashes with youth, and managed to recover part of the stolen flock.
Settlers also targeted homes on the outskirts of Jiljilya, looting sheep and agricultural equipment.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces seized a tractor from a Bedouin community between Jiljilya and Sinjil.
Settlers, under army protection, also stole a herd of sheep in the village of Abwein, near Ramallah.
