The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different areas of the West Bank last night and at dawn Sunday, injuring two Palestinian citizens and kidnaping others.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces stormed the city and broke into homes in the al-Naqqar neighborhood, firing stun grenades and flares during the raids.
Local sources reported that a child was injured by shrapnel from IOF gunfire, while two young men were kidnaped from their homes in the same neighborhood.
In al-Khalil, the IOF stormed the town of Beit Ummar, raided homes and stores, and kidnaped an elderly man and four teenagers under age 18.
Last night, Israeli forces stormed the Khillet as-Sukar area of the town and opened fire at 24-year-old Muaad Ikhleel, wounding him in his abdomen. He was rushed to the hospital for medical assistance.
In Jenin, Israeli forces stormed the village of Bir al-Basha, raiding several homes, as well as a farm hardware store and another commercial store, while opening fire during the raids.
Israeli forces also raided the town of Arraba and the village of Raba, southeast of Jenin.
In Nablus, the IOF stormed the village of Osarin and the town of Jamma’in, where soldiers searched multiple houses.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers fired flares over the town of Beita, south of Nablus, while settlers stormed the village of Awarta, southeast of the city.
In the northern Jordan Valley, Israeli forces stormed the town of Tammun, south of Tubas, raiding several homes and kidnaping a 16-year-old girl. The forces also raided the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank.
The IOF also carried out raids in other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
