Resistance ambushes Israeli military bulldozer in Tubas, West Bank


The incursions of Israeli occupation forces and violence of Israeli settlers continue across the West Bank.

Israeli occupation forces stormed at dawn on Wednesday several areas across the West Bank and launched a massive detention campaign.

Palestinian Resistance fighters confronted Israeli occupation forces that infiltrated the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank and targeted them with heavy gunfire.

The Palestinian news agency, Wafa, reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the city from its southern entrance, were deployed in several neighborhoods, and raided a house.

On its part, the al-Quds Brigades – Tubas Brigade announced that its fighters ambushed an Israeli military bulldozer at Al-Quds Open University in the city of Tubas.

In al-Khalil, Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished the homes of the families of the Palestinians who carried out the “Ra’anana” operation, Mahmoud Ali Zaydat and Ahmad Mohammad Zaydat, in Bani Naim, east of the city.

The IOF also arrested the liberated detainee, Mohammad Waheed Abu Maryah, from the town of Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil.

In Nablus, the occupation forces stormed the village of Rujeib, east of the city, and the town of Aqraba, south of the city, where they detained Palestinian youth Saleh Luay. 

They also raided the residence of the Abu Huwaila family as they stormed the village of Rujeib, east of the city. They also detained the two Palestinian youths, Diaa Abu Hamad and Mahmoud Yahya, following raids on their houses in the town of Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.

In Tulkarm, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city and raided several shops.

In Beit Lahm, they launched a detention campaign in the town of Tuqu’, southeast of the city, and detained several Palestinian youths, including Mahdi Khaled Hamid, Samih Salim Sabah, and Ahmad Ibrahim Sabah.

Meanwhile, armed Israeli settlers positioned themselves in Ain Abus, near the town of Huwara, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, and attacked Palestinian vehicles.

The West Bank has witnessed a state of continuous daily confrontations since the start of the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, as the towns and cities of the West Bank are exposed to daily raids, including multiple detentions, often resulting in a number of martyrs and wounded daily.
