The Israeli occupation army continued on Saturday to commit ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip for the 191st consecutive day, while maintaining its tight siege on more than two million Palestinians.
According to media sources, the Israeli artillery shelled areas east of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza in the morning.
Israeli tanks and armored vehicles also opened fire east and south of Khan Yunis, while artillery bombardment targeted eastern parts of Gaza City.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out an incursion along the yellow line near al-Sikka street, east of Gaza City’s az-Zeitoun neighborhood.
Local sources also reported that the Israeli army detonated more homes and structures in the east of Gaza City.
