Extremist settlers rampage across occupied West Bank

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Different areas of the occupied West Bank witnessed aggressive and violent practices by extremist Jewish settlers targeting Palestinian citizens and property on Monday.

According to media sources, settlers attacked several citizens and their homes in towns and villages south of Nablus, and set up tents on swaths of land in the village of Jalud.

A group of settlers stormed the “al‑Dhahra” area on the outskirts of Beita town in Nablus, where they attacked homes and property, and assaulted municipal workers while they were repairing a water line in the “Qamas” area of the town.

The eastern area of Nablus City also saw provocative settler activity near Joseph’s Tomb, where settlers chanted racist slurs and attacked public property around nearby refugee camps.

In another incident, settlers attacked a house in the hamlet of Khirbet al‑Marajim near the village of Duma and damaged its water meter.

In Salfit, a horde of settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, stormed the town of Kifl Haris north of the city, pelting Palestinian homes with stones, shattering windows, and spreading panic among families.

In Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil, settlers reportedly chased shepherds and prevented them from reaching grazing areas, while also blocking side roads leading to schools and agricultural villages in the region.
