Four Palestinian citizens were martyred early Tuesday morning in an Israeli airstrike on Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, amid ceasefire violations persisting for the 194th consecutive day.
Local sources reported that an Israeli drone bombed a security checkpoint in al-Amal neighborhood west of Khan Yunis, killing three citizens.
The martyrs were identified as Darwish al-Attal, Saad Abu Hilal, and Majed Abu Mousa.
Sources reported that al-Attal had just become a newlywed a day before being killed in the Israeli strike at dawn.
A woman identified as Hiba Abu Shaqfa was also martyred, succumbing to her injuries from a gunshot fired by an Israeli gunboat in the as-Salatin area of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.
The Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the Gaza ceasefire agreement on a daily basis, carrying out attacks on civilians and detonating structures, while maintaining severe restrictions on the movement of goods, aid and people.
