A young man was injured on Tuesday evening after being assaulted by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the village of Iraq Burin, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its teams transported a 36-year-old man to the hospital after he was severely beaten by IOF soldiers.

The village of Iraq Burin, south of Nablus, has been subjected to repeated attacks, including raids and physical assaults against residents, amid rising tensions in the northern West Bank.

Human rights organizations indicate that such incidents are part of a recurring pattern of violations that impact the daily lives of residents.
