Hamas: Israel’s massacre in northern Gaza asserts the Board of Peace’s impotence

GAZA, (PIC)

The Hamas movement has strongly denounced the horrific massacre perpetrated last night by the Israeli occupation army in northern Gaza, in which civilians, including children, were directly targeted.

In a statement on Thursday, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem said that the massacre vindicated further that Israel’s “genocide and the resulting spread of death across Gaza continue unabated.”

“The drone strike on a group of civilians in a public square in the Beit Lahia project in northern Gaza, which killed five people including three children, marked yet another crime in the ongoing series of massacres and violations,” spokesman Qassem added.
The spokesman expressed his belief that this crime revealed the Board of Peace’s inability to compel Israel to halt its violations and fulfill its obligations under any agreement.

He called on mediators, sponsoring countries, and members of the Board of Peace to shoulder their responsibilities and pressure for an end to the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
