Israeli forces carried out a series of raids across the occupied West Bank on Friday, including arrests, while settlers attacked Palestinian property by setting a vehicle on fire and spray-painting racist slogans east of Ramallah.

In Nablus, Israeli forces arrested a former prisoner after raiding several neighborhoods in the city and Balata refugee camp. Local sources said soldiers stormed her home in the al-Makhfiyya area, searched it, and ransacked its contents.

In al-Khalil, southern West Bank, Israeli forces arrested a local resident after raiding his home in the village of Kharsa southwest of the city, searching the house and vandalizing its contents.

Israeli troops also raided two homes in the area between the village of al-Tabaqa and the town of Deir Samet west of al-Khalil, searching and damaging property inside, though no arrests were reported.

In the town of Hizma north of Occupied Jerusalem, a child was shot with live ammunition and then arrested by Israeli police forces, along with another young man, during a raid on the town Thursday evening.

Local sources said Israeli troops deployed throughout several streets in the town, sparking confrontations with local youths. Soldiers opened live fire, injuring the child before arresting him, while another young man whose identity remains unknown was also detained.

Meanwhile, in a settler attack, Israeli settlers set fire to a Palestinian-owned vehicle early Friday and spray-painted racist slogans on the walls of homes in the village of Abu Falah northeast of Ramallah.
